Portable TOC Analysers
The Sievers Portable TOC analysers and sensors are designed to bridge the gap between lab models and online models by combining both sampling capabilities for a flexible system that can be used in the lab as well as be plumbed up online for continuous monitoring.
The Portables are available in three models:

The M9 - which is the workhorse of the TOC analyser models. Suitable for all manner of samples ranging from 0.03ppb TOC up to 50ppm TOC. Applications include pharmaceutical waters (UPW, PW), cleaning validation (CV and CIP) samples, and general applications.

The M5310C - which is specifically designed for the municipal water industry with a range of 4ppb to 50ppm, it has specific built-in protocols for municipal water applications.

The CheckPoint TOC Sensor - Designed for the microelectronics and pharmaceutical industry for PW and UPW, the CheckPoint has a working range of 0.21ppb to 1000ppb.

The Checkpoint
Portable TOC Sensor
Weighing just 3.6 kg (7.9 lb), the Checkpoint TOC Sensor, with its optional battery pack, can be used anywhere for continuous on-line monitoring, rapid on-line monitoring, or grab sampling.

The CheckPoint TOC Sensor has a dynamic range of 0.21 to 1,000 ppb, and can measure TOC in water with up to 1.4 µS/cm conductivity from CO2. CheckPoint also measures conductivity/resistivity and temperature. CheckPoint features an Ethernet (Modbus over TCP/IP) and a USB port for convenient data download. CheckPoint requires no reagents, and is easy to operate and maintain.
